Meet Dimple Verma

Namaste — I'm Dimple, a seasoned Yoga Therapist seamlessly versed in personal training, sports science, naturopathy, and yogic sciences. With over 6 years immersed in the realm of yoga, I orchestrate a holistic experience that blends physical fitness with nature's healing wisdom.

My journey began at S-VYASA University, Bangalore, where I pursued an M.Sc. in Yoga Therapy — and it hasn't stopped since. From Nationals in Yoga Asana Sports to specialising in therapeutic interventions for Type 2 Diabetes, Back Pain, Thyroid disorders, and more, I offer a transformative passage toward vitality and equilibrium.
